I oversee 19 residents on my wing in Stratton Hall. I answer questions and address any concerns that might arise in my wing. I build community among my residents and act as a resource to those in need. I also enforce policies when appropriate, build relationships, practice public speaking skills and act as a team player on my staff.

I worked at Menomonie Mills Fleet Farm during the summer of 2010, 2011, and 2012. I worked at the Mills Fleet Farm in Hudson WI from August of 2012- January 2013. I worked in the Farm department at both locations and filled in as a cashier as needed.

I worked as a team with other employees in maintaining the upkeep of rooms throughout the motel. I also delivered friendly customer service to guests at the motel, and reported and addressed any maintenance issues that arose.

My responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scheduling livestock, communication with producers, tracking harvest information, coordinating livestock hauling, and processing purchase orders and pay sheets.

I am the assistant to the Procurement Manager in the Procurement Department at Cargill in Milwaukee, WI. I record data on shipments of cattle that are brought in and work with cattle buyers and dealers. I build relationships with other employees as well as outside members that are involved in the procurement process.
