Tailoring individual lesson plans to suit individual students - largely focusing on pronunciation, business English and everyday conversation for communicating.

Running the shift over three different units, managing other staff members, creating and updating care plans, attending and dealing with emergency situations, medication rounds, communication with relatives and next of kin, general day to day care duties and ensuring the highest standard of care is given and maintained through out.

Head hostess on Luxury Hotel Barge - charter guests. In charge of the full organisation of the interior of the boat & managing beyond guest expectations.

Ensuring guest services are exceeded - going that extra mile (above and beyond), cleanliness of interior of the boat including guest cabins, ordering all stock, checking guest preferences and requests, food and beverage preparation and service, presentation and knowledge of fine wine and cheeses.

Teaching English to young students through creative lesson planning, dance, games and play. Leading 'Demo' lessons for new student sign ups, Organizing fun and exciting learning activities. Leading parent - child classes. Age range 3-9

All aspects of running a bar: training new and old staff members, exceeding customer expectations, securely opening and closing of bar, stock check and orders, money handling, dealing with complaints and tricky customers, sales and promotion.

All aspects of day to day care; washing, dressing, feeding, toileting. Accurate records of all intake / output, assisting nurses with wound care and dressings, changing stoma & catheter bags, tracheotomy care, end of life care, washing & dressing the deceased.
