* Sourced candidates daily via LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Monster. * Served as Generalist Recruiter, locating Oil & Gas Accounting/Finance, Engineering, IT, Administrative, and Environmental professionals. * Posted open job positions on UltiPro (company website), LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Monster. * Provided general support to the HR department. * Prepared and maintained employee files. * Communicated with potential candidates to set up phone interviews and in person interviews. * Created offer letters for candidates. * Completed various forms for new hire paperwork. * Conducted reference checks. * Mailed out New Hire packets in a timely manner. * Created a Corporate Welcome Letter for new hires; sent out Welcome Letter before start date. * Maintained an Onboarding Checklist to keep up with important dates in the new hire process; such as when New Hire packet was sent and when background check was started/completed. * Created an Intern Evaluation form to be completed by managers from all departments.
