- Leads and develops the strategy for a 500+ and growing global operations team to ensure we are providing world class customer service while mitigating fraud exposure. - Work directly with the our Chief Compliance Officer to ensure our policies and procedures are aligned with AML and CTF regulations - Direct ownership of the annual budget and OPEX spend, along with forecasting and modeling ongoing needs - Manages the operations team in SEA, responsible for executing against business and policy plans. - Responsible for ensuring we have the correct forecast for incoming work, capacity is aligned and priorities are established to ensure service level agreements. - Coordinates and lead global road map initiatives and planning. - Key stakeholder in improving our product to enhance the customer experience
