Project Coordinator

• Track development, validation, release, stability, IVBE, and other projects and testing from proposal phase through execution of laboratory testing and delivery of final report and/or Certificate of Analysis • Ensure operations, laboratory, and quality are executing work based on client timelines • Create, manage, and present PowerBI dashboard to track on-time and late project performance across all departments • Prepare, maintain, and submit monthly revenue recognition file to upper management • Review monthly forecast projection with Project Managers, prepare forecast file, and submit to upper management • Prepare, maintain, and present weekly revenue recognition, at-risk projects, and overall project status at weekly meetings • Track monthly client invoicing and deferred revenue, coordinating with internal finance team • Attend and run daily laboratory scheduling meetings to ensure client timelines are met • Receives all incoming project samples, and logs them into the system in accordance with GAP-016 ensuring all documentation is in place • Manages sample inventory management system • Member of the Controlled Drug Substance team ensuring compliance with DEA regulations • Disposal of samples in accordance with Sample Submission Form upon completion of testing • Perform goods receipt and daily purchase order review in SAP system • Coordinate purchase order and invoicing discrepancies with vendors • Maintains good documentation practices to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
