As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Teneo, I lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple business lines, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent. Prior to joining Teneo, I was a Talent Advisor at Colliers, where I collaborated with executive leadership to drive strategic hiring initiatives across various U.S. markets. With a decade of experience in the Talent Acquisition field, I've also held Corporate Recruiter roles at Compass and Guidepoint, successfully recruiting for a broad range of business functions and levels, from early-career to senior leadership. I began my career at a search firm, where I developed a strong foundation in recruitment before transitioning to in-house. I also hold a dual B.A. in Psychology and Public Relations from Penn State University.
