I cooked for a facility that holds up to 78 residents and 104 employees. I cooked for a variety of diets, like ground meat diets , or puree diets. I worked with a variety of kitchen equipment and had to prepare two full meal options at meal time.

I started out cleaning rooms on the weekends while going to school and full time in the summers, then it became my second job, then move up in the company to front desk, checking people in, booking rooms, answering phones, and generally filling customers’ needs at the casino/hotel.

I started answering phones and worked my way through the company from waitress, cashier, and ending with being a cook throughout being in high school.

I respond to customer inquires there corporate level. I try to addresses all concerned through a phone call or letter. I work with functions across the company to resolve customer concerns.

This job was in a call center contracted for General Electrics and their home appliances. I would answer people’s general questions about products, help troubleshooting appliance malfunctions, help people choose appliances that fit their homes and needs, and help stores with questions on appliances.

This was a call center job contracted by DirecTV, I answered calls and helped in ways of trouble shooting malfunctioning equipment, signal loss, programming remotes, scheduling service calls and quality assurance.

I processed applications for the company I work for. It was an inbound call center. When an issue in the process arose and the customer was directed to call us, that call came to me.
