As Advisor for Internal and External Partnerships, I serve as a trusted advisor to the Mayor and a senior member of the Mayor’s executive team. I support executive decision-making in complex, high-stakes environments and help align leadership priorities with the needs of Rochester residents. My work centers on strategic coordination, sound judgment, and stewardship of public trust. I strengthen alignment across City departments, elected officials, and community stakeholders, and support executive preparedness for high-visibility engagements. I manage sensitive matters with discretion and political awareness, ensuring leadership remains focused, informed, and responsive. In this role, I also serve as the Mayor’s LGBTQ+ liaison, working to elevate inclusion, representation, and equity within city initiatives and community engagement efforts. I am an active member of the City of Rochester’s Hispanic Heritage Committee and the Founder of Latino Philanthropy Day, an annual initiative that strengthens Latino leadership, philanthropy, and civic engagement in Rochester.
