Project Lead for 200-Block of Banff Avenue Redevelopment. Oversight and leadership for detailed studies of the site and engagement with Indigenous communities, stakeholders, and the public on the vision for redevelopment. Leading Parks Canada through an International Design Competition, with endorsement from the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, for conceptual design of the site redevelopment.

Lead a team of over 250 staff in all aspects of the services and facilities offered to visitors - campgrounds, visitor centers, interpretation, signage, publications, sales and market development, and transit. Work cross-functionally with other departments and external stakeholders, community and regional partners in ensuring visitors are provided with exceptional and safe experiences in Banff National Park.

Lead a team of 19 geographically dispersed staff, with all budget and HR responsibilities. Responsible for the strategic direction of personal and non-personal interpretation; and formal environmental education for the Kananaskis Region. Responsible for vision and direction of the Peter Lougheed Park Discovery and Information Centre (most visited centre in the Alberta Parks system) and the Fish Creek Environmental Learning Centre (receiving over 20,000 learners per year). Chair of Provincial Recruitment Committee for Seasonal Interpreters and Provincial co-lead of the Regional Representation working group of the Women in Leadership Secretariat. Worked closely with a broad team of conservation officers, planners, infrastructure, partners, public safety, bear aversion technicians, management team, and ecologists in order to ensure parks messaging was distributed in a coordinated manner.
