Daniel Horvath

Daniel Horvath is a lawyer with English and French proficiency demonstrating solid skills and competences in migration management, with special regard to asylum, regular and irregular migration, relocation, project management, public relations, diplomacy, regulatory matters and networking. He completed his postgraduate studies in advanced European law in 2007, while he took his bar exam in 2012. During the past 19 years, he got considerable expertise in national and cross-border project management, international communication, strategy making, as well as leadership in international and EU relations within the governmental sector. He also sought challenges as senior researcher (and team coordinator) working for the Migration Research Institute from October 2015 to November 2016 covering asylum and development policy as well as border management. He used to be an Immigration Liaison Officer candidate at the Immigration and Asylum Office, Hungary to Germany and finally got appointed to the Embassy of Hungary in Hanoi as a migration diplomat from July 2018 to December 2020. From February 2021 to September 2022 he worked for the ECS Consulting Services Plc. as Director of Legal Affairs being in charge of maintaining full-scale partnership systems, relocation mechanisms, consultancy and litigation work regarding various residency titles. At Prohuman Plc. he used to be in charge of professional management of Non-EU workforce as Deputy Director covering regulatory matters and legislative consultancy in the area of immigration and HR services as well as managing supplier networks. As of early 2025 he was appointed to be Board Advisor of the Association for Central European Employment of Overseas Filipino Workers in Hungary. From May 2025 he's been working for Prohuman Group as Business Development Consultant.
