EV Chasis prototype development at BENTELER. In charge of chassis components specification definition and design supervision, through to final assembly and testing as well as supplier management and coordination. Front and rear vehicle module assembly coordinator. Provide continuous support and guidance for module marriage to BIW, module lab testing as well as vehicle performance and functional compliance together with VD team. Within the PE role, responsible for chassis tuning components such as springs, ARB and dampers, from spec definition together with VD to procurement, installation and testing. Responsible PE for tier 2 components also on series production vehicles, from engineering specification definition, PT and PV testing, through to final SOP.

Design Engineer within the ESS group for McLaren Honda F1 team. As a battery design engineer, I have been involved in the development and design of a wide variety of mechanical components within the energy storage system of the 2017/2018 F1 cars, from safety devices to test rigs and harnesses/bus bars, as well as many other components in a wide variety of materials (including rapid prototyping and composites). I have been actively involved in packaging design, composed technical procedure documentation and supported manufacturing and assembly activities.

Within the suspension development team, various suspension components where designed at a prototype stage of vehicle development, including subframes, suspension arm links, knuckles, etc. as well as the integration and packaging solutions of these systems within the vehicle.

Work placement at OneSubsea in Leeds (formerly known as Cameron) during summer 2013. My role was in the procurement department and was entrusted with responsibilities that could compromise the production of the whole plant.
