Responsible for the development of new business and accounts for an AV integration, Lighting and Rigging contractor in Arizona, New Mexico, California, Texas and Wisconsin. Manage a department of 15 staff and subcontract labor to execute projects of 2.5M and under utilizing many manufacturers including CK, Strand and Vari-Lite Products. Lead a CAD department that engineers single line diagrams, structural details, photometric calculations and system wide plans for construction internally and for partnering architect firms.

Trained production staff on the execution of Corporate and Entertainment productions. Project managed large live events and productions for KFC, Pepsi, Trane, 3 Dog Night, M-Group and others. Manage financials and supervised sales team and account executives.

Develop and train volunteer teams in the areas of Audio, Lighting, Media, Video Post Production for a 2,000 person church in Phoenix. Manage project deadlines and develop a network of resource sharing amongst 80 churches in the Metro Phoenix Area.
