Guiding, coordinating and monitoring of collaborators and those responsible for different types of testing to be implemented for analyzing the physical, chemical, technological characteristics of raw materials and products; assessing and certifying the test results and analysis. Developing new procedures for the operational testing phases; developing analysis and projects for new products, raw materials, compounds and processes towards further improvement, both technically nad economically speaking of those already put to use. Drafting of specific techniques with the view to producing prototypes while improving the process development of the product itself; creating prototypes and developing the process and raw material (in test laboratories, laboratories, opertional units) and testing; changes made according to the specifications, in response to the problems and their specific needs.
