I operated under the direction of the Chief Electoral Officer to contribute to multiple projects that utilized my qualitative and quantitative research skill sets, critical thinking and analysis skills, my organizational skills, and my ability to communicate effectively. I also gained valuable experience in interdepartmental co-operation and stakeholder engagement.

I assisted Dr. Bruno Dupeyron with his research on transformative border governance by conducting both primary and secondary research. My primary task was to seek out potential research participants and interview them using a qualitative, semi-structured interview style.

My role included general accounting duties, including opening and closing client files, generating A/R reports and limitation date reports, generating bills and invoices, completing daily deposits, and whatever else was required of me.

My role at Apex Pharmacies was to fill medication orders for clients. I spent most of my time filling weekly bubble packs for elderly customers, which involved extensive organizational skills and attention to detail. I also spent a considerable amount of my time collecting, reviewing and completing all of the paperwork relevant to prescription medications. I was also partially responsible for conducting regular inventory management.

My undergraduate thesis compared the theories of Judith Butler to Erving Goffman in regards to self-identity. I used an Edmonton-based Live Action Role-Play (LARP) group as a case study to see how individuals perceive, experience, and develop their personal identities.
