• Execute data analyses in pre-sale projects, including cubic movement, SKU popularity, and InVia Pickerwall sizing estimate, assisting Sales Department bring in $10M+ contract ARR in 2022. • Design conceptual layout and material flow diagram (MFD) for prospects to maximize the pick density with shortest pick path. • Deliver robotic simulation based on customer’s order profile, validating 3-5X throughput rate with inVia product.

• Trained a random forest regressor to forecast labor hours within cross-dock operations, resulting in 92% of accuracy and saving $90K annually on temp labor expenses. • Created automated, visualized KPI dashboards using Excel VBA, eliminating unnecessary clerical data entries and saving 2 labor hours every week. • Handled data visualization for quarterly-based reviews (QBR’s) with 8 different business units using Matplotlib and Seaborn, replacing excess verbiage with highly readable charts. • Supported data cleaning and feature engineering, consolidating diversified raw data sources from multiple ERP systems (SAP/JDA/PKMS/CEVA WMS).
