Support merchandise strategy and execution across two brands and ten retail locations, including product launches, seasonal assortments, promotions, and category growth initiatives. Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to evaluate, select, and onboard new products, including exclusive assortments aligned with customer demand and business objectives. Led development of the rug category, contributing to 11% net sales growth through assortment planning, vendor management, and performance analysis.

Management of overall administrative operations and activities of $900K operating budget. Facilitation of youth athletics Grant & Pinellas County Postsecondary Scholarship Programs, from initial point of contact through funding and impact reporting. Bookkeeping functions in support of Board Treasurer, Finance Committee with management of $5M+ investment accounts. Management of all donor relations & routine communications. Management all digital marketing efforts including full website redesign & content creation. Event management and execution including annual spring banquet (net profits exceeding $150K+) and golf tournament (net profits exceeding $50K+) Board member/meeting management; volunteer coordination.
