About
Even at a young age, I was heavily involved in the arts: visual, audio, and performance. I pursued a Fine Art degree in conjunction with my high school diploma--which was my first introduction to the world of photography. In 2012 I decided to seriously pursue a career as a photographer and ever since I've been fine-tuning my images to reflect my personal style. To me, visual imagery is more than merely a way of documenting what one sees. It’s a means to tell stories, engage the viewer, and evoke an emotional response through the use of light, shadow, and color. Traditionally, boudoir has been a female-only genre tracing all the way back to the era of classic pinup girl. But I made the choice to specialize in the male form because I feel there is a missed opportunity to really explore the sensual and intimate sides of men that often get missed in lieu of their largely dominant sexual side. Artistically, I'm heavily drawn toward crafting a "story" in my images and trying to evoke emotion from the viewer. When you look at my work, I want you to feel something. I want you to connect with the subject in a personal way. In my mind, those types of images have the power to stand the test of time and impact people who see them in meaningful ways. I'm always looking for people to collaborate with. If you'd like to work together on a project, please send me a message and let's try to set something up!
