I am open minded, with a strong critical thinking analysis, flexible and adaptable to different situations. I am a fast learner, with great multitasking abilities. I enjoy organizing and planning and helping others. I have graduated one Master degree in Politics, Gender and Minorities and one Erasmus Mundus MA in Gender Studies, I have worked 3 years in a human rights advocacy unit at Central European University, 1 year as the Human Rights and Solidarity Coordinator for European Students' Union, 7 months as Monitoring and Evaluating Expert for the community development Agency Impreuna, and for almost 3 years as a freelancer as a Customer Service Manager. During 2018, I have participated in the Young Leaders Program within The Aspen Institute Romania, and during 2015-2017 attended different conferences and having presentations on civic engagement and intersectionality approach in the activist work.
