* Provide primary care to a diverse population of adults, addressing a wide array of physical and psychosocial barriers, including: poverty, history of trauma, substance abuse, and other mental illnesses. * Provided a full continuum of employment services such as: job search assistance, resume development, career coaching, and job lead development to designated low income, refugee and immigrant participants. * Served as a liaison with DTA offices, refugee resettlement agencies and other service providers. * Provided quality case management, including: assistance with transportation, childcare, housing and other issues that may stand in the way of clients' transition into gainful employment. * Cultivated new employer relations and provided support for both employers and newly hired clients. * Collaborated on job training programs designed to introduce participants to specific industries.

* Managed over 50 refugee cases (80 individuals) from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, following state and federally mandated guidelines. * Coordinated all pre-arrival services, including securing an apartment, furniture, household items and culturally appropriate food. * Assisted clients in applying for social services and benefits and oriented refugees to life in the United States. * Prepared vouchers and maintained financial records for all clients. * Trained interns and volunteers to assist with direct services. * Advocated for clients through continuous communication with outside service providers.

* Addressed inquiries from a large and diverse population of international students and scholars. * Advised students and scholars on basic immigration and university procedures. * Aided the Graduate Admissions Specialist in producing admissions documents for all international graduate and exchange students at Boston University. * Provided administrative support to a staff of eighteen people.
