* Main responsibilities: * Supervision- Responsible for supervising the labour force, whilst undertaking growing and harvesting functions in conjunction with the Farm Manager. * Performance monitoring - Insure daily targets are set and met by workforce. Collate and review performance reports and take remedial action for those who are not meeting productivity targets. * Ensure self-compliance to all Company and Statutory Rules, Policies and Procedures.

* My main responsibilities are to: * Recruit the correct number of suitable seasonal workers to satisfy the labour needs of the Operations Department * Manage & motivate the team of oversees Seasonal Recruitment Coordinators and seasonal administration staff maximizing their abilities * Ensure all processes and procedures are followed and maintained * Ensure that recruitment costs are within the set budget.

The Award DDM is relevant to a QCF level 4 professional qualification. It gave me a thorough grounding in the principles of best practice direct and digital marketing. I am qualified to understand the roles and benefits of online and offline channels; plan, implement, test and measure successful integrated campaigns. The study plan for the specialty “Bulgarian language and history” included various disciplines from the specialties “History” and “Bulgarian language and literature”, thus allowing me to gather wide variety of humanitarian knowledge with practical application. I have studied language and literature disciplines – history and nowadays state of the Bulgarian language, Bulgarian literature and foreign literatures, folklore and modern culture. The historical disciplines included were archeology, ethnology, antique and medieval, new and contemporary history of the world and Bulgaria, as well as history of the Balkan nations, Thracology and Byzantine studies. During the educational program I have gained knowledge and skills for scientific, methodical and organizational work not only at the system of education and culture, but also in working in different fields of the social and economic life, which require higher humanitarian education.

A course which is approved by the Gangmaster Licensing Authority (GLA) enhancing requisite skills in detecting modern slavery in labour supply chains.
