Supporting full product lifecycle from launch through to discontinuation. My role focuses on maintaining accurate, compliant, and commercially aligned product information across internal systems and customer-facing platforms. I work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and external suppliers to ensure product data, specifications, and digital assets are consistently managed and up to date. From coordinating new product launches to maintaining technical documentation, I help ensure our products are presented clearly and accurately.

Designed and sold fitted kitchens, working closely with customers (both trade and homeowners) to understand their requirements and translate them into practical, well-designed solutions. Produced detailed kitchen plans and quotations, managed projects from initial consultation through to order placement, and ensured a high level of customer service throughout the process.

Worked across both purchase ledger and sales ledger functions, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of multiple nursing home. Responsibilities included processing invoices, managing supplier and customer accounts, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate financial records.

A collaboration between Manchester Metropolitan University and The University of Manchester. The Architecture course is endorsed by both Manchester universities.
