I’m an industrial engineer and supply chain executive with 15+ years of end‑to‑end experience—from network design and S&OP to global replenishment and operations. I currently lead Supply Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Supply Chain Design & Projects for a global manufacturer of furniture fittings , managing a team of more then 100 colleagues with seven direct reports. My work centers on building scalable supply chain networks, integrating post‑merger environments, and partnering with 3PLs to unlock service, speed, and cost advantages. Key achievements include designing International Distribution Center concepts, sponsoring a new packaging center with an external logistics partner, and delivering significant annual logistics cost reductions. Earlier in my career I led global replenishment for Asia, managed divisional supply chains across Europe and APAC, and implemented inventory control frameworks and SAP add‑ons to improve day‑to‑day planning. I’ve also served as an adjunct lecturer in Supply Chain Controlling & Benchmarking at a University of Applied Sciences and supervised theses on Auto‑ID, sample production optimization, and process digitization.
