The Youth Program Manager is responsible for the supervision of all youth and teen programs/counselors as it relates to the Passenger Programs and Entertainment Department. Be accessible and approachable to assist guests with requests/problems within the scope of the position Handle guest concerns, complaints, and questions regarding the Youth Programs Maintain adaptability and flexibility with different team members/management Know related Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and SEMS, and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for the position Know USPH requirements and procedures Maintains Youth Program annual budget and budget records between $35,000 - $45,000 Maintenance of Youth Program necessity items to include: Bracelets, Registration Forms per age group, Tracking Forms, Activity Booklets, Coloring T-Shirts, and Retail items Conducts duties in a manner which supports the overall team effort, and which avoids disruption of one’s work and the work of others Provides clear procedures, instructions, and expectations for Youth Program Staff Provides fair judgment, clear of personal opinion when scheduling and handling staff requests such as time off in a specific port and late night rotations Must have a good working knowledge of all Norwegian Cruise Line’s Youth Program policies and procedures Reviews and advises staff on all age group programs/staff game plans for next day programs Schedules, implements and (hosts where specified) Family Programming Activities Must be organized with storage, maintenance and inventory of all equipment, supplies, gifts and prizes for the Youth/Teen Programs Primary leader for boat drill Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position

Prepared and Delivered a 2 week training program to over 40 new hire seasonal Youth Counselors hired by Norwegian Cruise. Main roles were to deliver training of programs and policies of Norwegian Cruise line's Youth Program. To aid the new employees to deliver programs in local schools such as Ippolito Elementary School. Aid all new employees with training sessions in Norwegian Cruise Line's E-Youth Tablet system, registrations, hosting large family activities and many more. Also helped with the logistics of the operation such as providing meals, accommodation and transport to a from the training sessions.

As part of the Kings Camps management team the Site Manager has overall responsibility for managing a Kings Camp. The Site Managers primary role is to work with the Activities Manager to lead and motivate their staff team to achieve the highest levels of care, organisation and sports coaching.
