Quaise develops millimeter wave drilling systems for clean, utility-scale geothermal power. I am responsible for physics modeling of geothermal power plants and subsurface thermal-hydraulics. This interdisciplinary research guides both engineering requirements and business strategy.

CFS is a fusion energy research company spun out of MIT, developing the SPARC tokamak to demonstrate scientific breakeven. I led the design of SPARC's feeder system that transfers current to the cryogenic electromagnets, from square one through its conceptual design review. This required literature review, trade space evaluation, multi-physics analysis, and geometric modeling, tightly integrating with cryogenic, power, vacuum, magnet, rigging, manufacturing, and construction systems.

Aurora, a subsidiary of Boeing, is a leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced unmanned systems and aerospace vehicles. I fulfilled a wide variety of roles across multiple programs, including mechanical designer, thermal analyst, structural analyst, test engineer, and system lead. Alloy is a consumer product development consultancy specializing in mechanical engineering and manufacturing. I fulfilled the roles of stress analyst and mechanical designer. Insitu is a pioneer in the design, development, production and operation of high-performance, cost-effective unmanned aircraft systems. I fulfilled the roles of mechanical designer and test engineer. The Olin Machine Shop manufactures parts for students and faculty using a wide variety of tools and machinery.
