I led the Corporate FP&A team at Warby Parker where I oversaw company-wide budgeting, gross margin planning (product cost, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation), corporate SG&A, and workforce planning. I worked closely with our executive team to shape board reporting, investor materials, and quarterly earnings to tell compelling narratives around our performance.

Led the FP&A function for rag & bone during a period of operational transformation. Managed a lean team and worked with senior leadership and private equity sponsors to improve financial visibility, optimize the P&L, and drive efficiency across the business.

Progressed through multiple finance roles at J.Crew, ultimately serving as Director of Corporate FP&A. Managed enterprise-level budgets and forecasts across J.Crew and J.Crew Factory, supported cost-saving initiatives, and led financial systems improvements. Highlights: •Directed financial planning for the $600M J.Crew Factory brand across stores, e-commerce, and digital marketing •Partnered with PE sponsors on “New Crew” transformation initiatives •Led the implementation of Oracle EPM for financial reporting and planning •Managed a team responsible for $300M in corporate expense and $35M in IT capex

Completed a finance leadership development program with rotations in expense management (responsible for $2 billion budget), workforce planning, and earnings release support. Gained broad exposure to corporate finance in a global, matrixed organization.
