The aim of Dickinson Associates was to provide a one-stop property shop solutions for clients in both the public and private sector. Within the organisation Daniel was the Senior Building Surveyor leading the team of professional staff. Within the scope of Daniel's duties, he would undertake full building, structure only surveys and defect appraisals of commercial and residential properties and prepare reports on the structural state and condition for the relevant client. Daniel also would oversee new build, improvements and maintenance work for both Local Authorities and commercial clients
