Part-time Swimming Coach | Baby–Child Aquatics (5 months–11 years) I coach children from 6 months to 11 years old, guiding them from early water confidence and basic safety skills to stronger stroke technique and overall endurance. I focus on creating a fun, supportive learning environment while keeping lessons structured, safe, and age-appropriate for each child’s pace. Alongside teaching, I also train and mentor new coaches—supporting them in lesson planning, class control, communication with parents, and consistent coaching standards. My goal is to help every swimmer progress with confidence, and every coach grow into an effective, reliable instructor.

Responsibilities include: • Coordinating and managing the resourcing of relief teachers to ensure smooth operations and minimal classroom disruptions. • Utilizing specialized software to streamline scheduling, communication, and manpower allocation. • Serving as point of contact for teachers, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Handling ad hoc tasks and workforce planning to optimize efficiency and meet operational needs.
