I grew up as a restaurant kid, learning early that great hospitality comes from people, systems, and culture working in harmony. After a career in college football and strength & conditioning, I returned to the family business with a coach’s mindset: build the team, perfect the playbook, and raise the standard. In 2021, I founded Ramirez Hospitality Group (RHG) to honor tradition while creating scalable systems for growth. What began with Los Dos Potrillos has evolved into a mission to develop leaders, strengthen operations, and set a new standard for Mexican comfort food — all rooted in authentic flavor and powered by operational excellence.
