My responsibility as a GEC is to create unique experiences for each and every guest, support sports fans, provide each guest with tablets to play games, explore all the apps with the guest, and showcase new foods and beverages for the guests. I change television channels when a guest asks, preset channels so they play at a specific time, and make sure each television is playing an important sporting event. I provide guests with the option to sign up for informational emails about promotions and advertisements for new products and birthday coupons for each guest who signs up. I ensure that each guest is satisfied with their overall service and experience at Buffalo Wild Wings to get them to keep coming back and leaving happy every time.

My responsibilities as a server are to greet guest with enthusiasm, take orders as precisely as possible, and ask the guest about any food allergies they may have. I then submit their order through the POS system directly after taking their order to ensure the wait is as short as possible. When the order is complete, I bring the food to the guest's table and make sure the customer is satisfied with the way their food looks and tastes. I will casually check on my guest's throughout their experience to make sure they stay satisfied. In my spare time between tables I will wash silverware, plates, and cups and then put them in their correct location after being cleaned. When my guest has left, I clean and sanitize their table thoroughly and make sure the table is reset for the next party to be sat.

I was in charge of all the cars that we have at the dealership. I had to keep them clean and organized along with the car lot. Unloaded the new cars from the truck and checked them in. I must make sure all the cars were fueled. I helped customers with any questions they had about the dealership or vehicles. I shuttled customers to and from personal appointments while vehicles are being serviced. Drove an inventory vehicle to another dealer and brought one back in return. I also did some assisting in the marketing department.

My responsibilities as a cook at Buffalo Wild Wings were not all about cooking food. I did things outside of the kitchen for my job as well. In the kitchen, I was one of the leaders because I knew everything and I could work any station in the kitchen. My job in the kitchen was to prep food, keep it clean, keep it organized, and satisfy my customer with a great meal. Outside of the kitchen I cleaned all of the freezers and kept them organized and stocked, I did all of the heavy lifting from boxes to kegs to unloading the truck. I also cleaned outside around the restaurant like sweeping, shoveling, and salting.
