At Millennial Jobs, I played a dual role — leading the recruitment delivery team and driving business development across IT & ITES hiring. This meant building a strong recruiter team, winning new clients, and ensuring every position was closed with speed and accuracy. I oversaw hiring for a wide spectrum of technical and ITES roles including Technical Support, Software Development, Cloud, QA, Infrastructure, BPO/KPO, and shared services. My focus was always on two things: strong pipelines and predictable delivery. Under my leadership, the team scaled its performance, improved sourcing quality, and consistently hit monthly hiring targets. I also worked closely with clients to understand their tech requirements, redesign hiring strategies, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Continuous engagement with candidates helped me maintain a strong offer-to-joining ratio — a differentiator in the IT hiring space.

At Bluestone, I led one of the largest recruitment operations of my career. I was responsible for running a 50-member hiring team, scaling multiple client accounts, and building recruitment engines that could deliver both speed and volume across ITES and Non-IT roles. My core mandate was simple: Get clients. Build teams. Deliver numbers. Maintain quality. Every day. I drove hiring across ITES, BPO, KPO, BFSI, Retail, Telecom, and Corporate roles, ensuring every account received consistent delivery and a strong talent pipeline. Alongside operations, I also focused heavily on business development — bringing in new clients and expanding existing accounts. I introduced structured hiring processes, walk-in drives, daily dashboards, and performance systems that significantly improved sourcing efficiency and interview-to-join conversion rates. Escalations, deadlines, bulk onboarding, and mass hiring became part of daily operations — and I handled them with complete ownership. Most importantly, I built strong relationships with clients and internal teams, which led to repeat business and sustained growth.

I wasn’t limited to one project or one location — I handled recruitment for multiple business units across Bengaluru and PAN India, working directly with hiring managers to close roles quickly and consistently. From conducting back-to-back interviews to running end-to-end hiring drives, I managed everything a high-pressure TA role demands. I even travelled to the North East to set up hiring for a major account — building the entire talent pipeline from scratch and successfully delivering within tight timelines. Over the years, I became the go-to recruiter for urgent, complex, or large-scale mandates. My performance earned me multiple awards, recognitions, and appreciation from leadership for delivering results when it mattered most. In short — if it involved hiring, I handled it.

Started my recruitment journey during the peak of the BPO boom, where speed and volume were everything. My primary responsibility was sourcing candidates, driving footfall to the office, and ensuring daily hiring targets were met. I worked across multiple channels — field sourcing, walk-ins, referrals, job portals, campus drives — to ensure a steady pipeline of ready-to-join candidates.
