Refrigeration Mechanic Alpine Heating Pty Ltd July 2017 – April 2020 In this role, I applied technical know-how in servicing, maintaining and installing cool rooms, chillers, freezers, air handling systems, ducted split systems, VRV/VRF systems, walk-in freezers, pumps and motors. While delivering excellent customer service and technical assistance, I generated return business, adding value by commissioning new work for the company. Leading Hand Electrician / Service Technician RKH Air Conditioning Services March 2015 – July 2017 This role focused on the service and installation of mechanical air conditioning plants. I successfully applied strong communication skills while managing client relationships, generating repeat business, overseeing service contracts, managing technicians and training apprentices. My eye for detail and real-life experience was used to create accurate quotes that considered any costly obstacles. REC Nominee Electrician/ Service Technician RKH Air Conditioning January 2008 – March 2015 I leveraged my communication skills in this role while servicing and installing mechanical air conditioning plants. A responsible worker, I trained apprentices and acted as an OH&S representative. Electrician Sunrise Electrical January 2000 – December 2017 As an electrician, I installed / serviced electrical work and installed light commercial/domestic air conditioning. In this role, I displayed exceptional customer service, building strong rapport with clients, leading to more work.
