- Asset managed over HK$25b hotel asset including Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Hyatt Regency TST, Hyatt Regency Shatin, Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila, Renaissance Harbourview, Renaissance Kowloon, Renaissance Riverside Ho Chi Minh City, Renaissance Kuala Lumpar etc. -Source management, joint venture and acquisition deals for 3 brands of the company including Rosewood, New World and pentahotel.
