I'm a Quality Engineer who has spent two decades making manufacturing operations measurably better — fewer defects, cleaner audits, and lower cost of quality — across three of the most demanding sectors there are: FDA-regulated medical devices, automotive, and high-volume electronics.What that looks like in practice: I've reduced customer claims by as much as 75% through disciplined root-cause work and corrective action, delivered six-figure cost savings through process optimization, and built data-driven quality systems — including SQL-based traceability and metrics — that hold up when a customer or regulator is in the room asking hard questions.My toolkit runs deep: PFMEA, CAPA, SPC, Gage R&R / MSA, GD&T, DOE, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation, across ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, ISO 14971, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
