I have been working for over 21 years on biopharmaceutical drugs which in a USA FDA cleared Phase II clinical trial has demonstrated it can treat heart disease, diabetic foot ulcers and venous ulcers. We have started advancing our medicine to treat neurological diseases such as stroke recovery, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis and more. Advanced the company into Phase II clinical trials on the drugs. The financial markets in 2008/09/10 made raising risk capital very difficult. Engaged in partnering discussions with over 40 pharmaceutical companies.

Founded Phage Biotechnology Corporation, based upon a new "patented" biological process to manufacture pharmaceutical proteins. Raised over $30 million USD. Advanced bio-similar drug indications for interferon alpha, human growth hormone and more. The 2008/09/10 financial crisis made raising risk capital difficult and company ran out of money.

Was a part time professor at Pepperdine University for seven years in finance, accounting and economics. Was a part time professor in accounting at California State University at Fullerton for three years. Have been a speaker on capital markets in London, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, Seoul, Dubai, Frankfort, Logos Nigeria, Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Kiev with a total of over 35 countries. Have written numeruos articles on Capital Markets and Business, published worldwide. Have been retained by governments as a financial advisor in the UK, Ukraine, South Korea, Philippines and Nigeria.

Montano Securities was an Investment Banking firm with 18 offices across the United States and one office in London, England. Montano Securities and affiliates had over 3,000 retail stock brokers and 30 institutional stock brokers. Montano Securities managed over 30 IPO's and acted as placement agent for "Start-up" capital for over a 100 new companies. Montano Securities focused upon "High Tech" start-ups and "turnarounds". As principals Montano Securities was involved in venture capital, corporate take-over, proxy fights turnarounds and corporate restructuring.

Was involved with technology start-ups or turnarounds of operating companies as CEO. Was a founder of 7 companies in the UK and over 30 companies in the USA. Was CEO for over ten publicly traded companies and was on the Board of Directors of 17 publicly traded companies.

VTN was an Engineering and Architecture with over 30 offices in the USA and world wide. It had over 2,000 employees. Dan Montano had arranged an institutional investment in 1976 and the Board of VTN Corporation request Dan Montano take over the company to turn it around in 1979. VTN Corporation handled billions of dollars of real estate projects in the USA and Internationally.

Started in 1969 as a floor trader for Noble Cooke and Co., which became Wedbush while I was there. Then advanced to the OTC trading desk. Became securities sales manager at BJ Lerner & Co for their retail stockbroker sales force. Went to Robert Scott as an Investment Banker, then Hyden Stone and then Lehmann Brothers. Managed about 50 IPO's and managed over 300 hundred securities syndicates. Oversaw a securities sales force of thousands of stock brokers.
