* D"dream hotel was a brand new boutique hotel in the heart of St Julian's, Malta. My Responsibilities at "D"dream included: * Set up of the Front of House area (reception desk, hotel software, design and amenities) * Outsourcing external companies to offer services + excursions for our guests * Designing of bedrooms and furniture * Implementing procedures and policies

* The Oakley Court is a prestigious 4 country estate based in Water Oakley, Windsor, boasting 118 bedrooms and 35 acres of land. Responsibilities included; * Departmental training, health and safety * Procurement within the department * Working with external companies, offering more services to our guests * Responsible for valet parking and butlers * Assisting the Head Concierge with rotas, recruitment, supervision and budgets * Duty Manager shifts

* Beaumont Estate is a combination of a hotel and conference centre, catering for many large and small conference/events. The venue itself is set over 40 acres of land, holding 75 event and business rooms for large and small purposes. During my time at Beaumont I worked as both Meetings and events assistant and bar/cellar assistant. * My role as a bar assistant and cellar supervisor included: * Serving of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks * Being responsible for complete set up, service and turn down of events. * Stock management and rotation * Deliveries and procurement * Health and safety of all bars * floats and banking * handling of staff * supervising all bar related work at weddings
