Experience

Entrepreneurship Investment Official
Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia
At Invest in Bogotá, I supported the city’s foreign investment strategy by identifying and engaging with high-growth startups across Latin America that were exploring international expansion. I connected directly with startup founders, helped them understand the benefits of Bogotá as a regional hub, and advised them on their soft-landing process. I facilitated connections with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors, contributing to several companies choosing Bogotá as their entry point into the region. This role deepened my passion for ecosystem building, market expansion, and creating opportunities where entrepreneurship and public-sector development align.

Founder
Upper East Real Estate
Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia
At Upper East, I lead the commercialization of high-end residential properties in Bogotá’s most exclusive neighborhoods, including Chicó, Cabrera, and Rosales. I work closely with local and international clients across both sales and rentals, providing personalized, transparent advisory throughout the process. My approach blends market expertise, negotiation strategy, and relationship-building, with a strong focus on creating safe, fair, and value-driven deals for both property owners and buyers. I’ve built a curated broker network to expand reach and inventory, and I treat every transaction as a long-term relationship based on trust and alignment.

Co-founder
I co-founded Nimble with the vision of offering better nutrition to outdoor enthusiasts creating clean-label, functional snacks designed for people who live in motion. Our goal was to challenge the dominance of ultra-processed convenience foods by offering healthier, purpose-driven alternatives. As Brand Lead, I focused on strategy, positioning, and market expansion. I led the go-to-market plan, developed the brand identity and storytelling, secured retail and distribution partnerships, and oversaw our presence in both the Colombian and U.S. markets. My co-founder led operations, finance, and supply chain and together, we made key decisions through a collaborative and strategic partnership. Nimble sold over 1.3 metric tons of product in two years and was featured at top industry events like the Sweets & Snacks Expo and Startup CPG showcases in New York and Denver. Beyond the numbers, building a community around movement, nutrition, and values was the most rewarding part of the journey.

Co-Founder
Orsetto Baby Goods
I created Orsetto Baby Goods with the idea that in the U.S., babies are born every day — and most are showered with thoughtful gifts. That insight led me to build an eCommerce brand focused on baby accessories that are easy to gift, simple to ship, and designed with care. Before launching, I made sure every product met key safety and quality standards — verifying skin-safe materials, avoiding allergens, and testing functionality (such as harnesses) to ensure proper use and safety for babies. This values-first approach was core to our brand. I scouted product opportunities, sourced and negotiated with suppliers in China, and launched the brand on Amazon and Walmart.com. Out of four SKUs, three became successful sellers. I also led the branding, storefront design, and listing strategy to drive visibility and conversion. This project gave me hands-on experience in cross-border eCommerce, supply chain operations, and product-market fit testing in a highly competitive space.

Wakeboard coach
Bogotá D.C., Colombia
For over a decade, I’ve coached more than 200 kids and young adults in wakeboarding — from complete beginners to advanced riders. My approach is rooted in communication, patience, and trust: I focus on building confidence first, celebrating progress before correcting technique. Understanding the psychology behind fear, motivation, and learning has been key to helping students push past their limits and enjoy the process. Whether it's their first ride or mastering advanced tricks, I tailor my coaching to each student’s mindset and style. This experience has deeply shaped my leadership and communication skills, and it continues to be one of the most rewarding things I do.
