I work part time work whilst studying for my LPC. My work includes: Dealing with investments and financial planning, property purchases, setting up of trusts and tax planning. Carrying out research, drafting documentation, liaising with clients and third parties and providing first rate legal advice to clients. Nurturing relationships with existing clients and referrers of work in order to maintain and develop relationships.

Experience in meetings with clients, analysing and drafting complex legal documents, relating to a range of transactions, performing research and receiving up to date training on property, commercial and corporate law. Working in a small team gave me a large amount of responsibility and quickly developed my organisational skills. The department is expanding and my ability to prioritise and work to a tight schedule paid dividends, as evidenced in feedback I have received from clients and colleagues and by consistently exceeding my monthly targets.

* I am responsible for undertaking a range of plot sales transactions dealing with matters from reservation through to post-completion, assisting with set up of the plot sale documents and assisting with general residential and commercial conveyancing. The work involves: drafting legal documents such as contracts, transfers, deeds of variation and rectification, licences to assign, alter and sublet * drafting reports on title and contract * preparing completion statements, Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and Land Registry applications * maintaining files and preparing bills * producing all relevant correspondence * undertaking searches and due diligence as required * and reporting to clients.

I undertook a two week vacation placement in Real Estate and Corporate. I was offered and I have accepted a TRAINING CONTRACT with the firm, commencing September 2015.

Part time job whilst at university, to help fund my studies. I worked as part of a team of commission and target based sales assistants for a high-end garment manufacturer. The best source of new business was our existing customer base; therefore, technical expertise delivered in an understandable and friendly manner was essential.
