UC COSMOS Summer Program
I studied neuromuscular tissue and computing. My objective was to identify key transcription factors that are responsible for the development and reconstruction of tissue in the neuromuscular junction. I used ontology analyses, statistical techniques, and RStudio software to cluster the genes and produced comparison charts and heat maps that display the transcription factors with the highest expression levels.
