Responsible for overall project management and execution of the 30 MWac SPVPP project, in compliance with the project objectives and contractual requirements. Lead the coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Monitor engineering progress, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Facilitate and participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management and clients. Oversee and manage the preparation of project documentation, including reports, work permits, ITPs, method statements, and as-built documents. Ensure contractual obligations and milestones are met in accordance with project timelines and client expectations. Manage team performance and support capacity-building efforts to drive project success.

Conduct site feasibility assessments to and provide recommendations to comply with legal, regulatory and technical standards. Prepare and submit documentary requirements and secure relevant endorsements and permits from local, regional, and national government agencies. Prepare project budgets, monitor project expenses, and ensure that project spending is kept within the approved budgets. Engage consultants and contractors for various works and services. Monitor the performance of such service providers and contractors in relation to the conduct of development and construction activities. Manage transactions of solar and ESS power plant projects done with partner companies. Prepare routine internal project management reports as may be required. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Prepare job mix design pre-pour concrete,and make sure implementation at site according to spec/Standart ACI,ASTM,AASTHO and SNI and prepare concrete test etc.compressive strength Test,Hammer test

Task : - Assist QA/QC Engineer in preparing Method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan, Inspection Checklists and QA/QC Forms. - Assist Project QA/QC Engineer to review the Sub-Contractor's and Vendor's QA/QC deliverables i.e. Inspection and Test Plan, Work Procedures, Method Statement etc. to ensure they meet the specified project requirements and standards. - Conduct QC inspection and testing based on Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Method Statement and Works Procedures. - Check on Subcontractor's and worker's activities to ensure their works comply with project specification and international standards. - Create Non Conformance Report to the Constuction Team / Subcontractors for non compliance with the requirements. - Assist and support the Project Team in resolving any related quality issues / problems initiated by Consultant and Client at site. - Prepare report on site QC inspection activities and submit to QA/QC Engineer - Supervising subcont work so that it can be completed on time without ignoring quality

monitoring and control mining production and productivity per hourly basis including loading unloading point to ensure smooth day opeartions;responsible to mine execution plans and necessary production and safety target,includ the daily,weekly and monthly targets ; Communicate with workshop in regard to downed equipment and assistance in a timely manner to ensure scheduled equipment give to maintenance time on time.
