Ramped up operations on 42" PL asset moving up to 1.5 Bcf/day Pipeline OPERATIONS Compliance: - Built Safety Management System - Organize and maintain company’s archives for manuals and compliance - Responsible to for prepare for and represent company during PHMSA audits - Manage team to ensure all O&M, Integrity, Public Awareness, Damage Prevention, Risk Analysis, and Operator Qualification tasks are completed. - Ensure all programs are established prior to start-up of pipeline system and facilities. Integral team member for planning and executing commissioning of new assets. Pipeline CONSTRUCTION Compliance - Developed welding and NDE Manuals, including procedure qualifications - Built process for all construction documentation, conduct internal audits, and ensure quality assurance is completed. - Responsible to prepare for and represent company in audits by PHMSA during construction

Stewarded several teams through merger and integration Developed financial analysis to prove the true costs and resulting value of a non-revenue generating organization to KM during merger - Analysis proved financial advantage of organization (intrinsic value was obvious), after rigorous testing and examination

- Manager of thirty-seven welders, operators, planner, supervisors, and associated equipment supporting pipelines in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia - First person to hold position, this was a new organization - In 2009 developed innovative business plan to prove growth of staff and equipment - Gained board approval and executed plan in 2010 and 2011, doubled number of employees, supervisors, offices, and heavy equipment - Two years of construction projects with zero vehicle, medical, or lost time incidents

Led a team of professionals in developing and implementing Pipeline Integrity Program for Southern Natural Gas - Team members included environmental, ROW, survey, drafting, purchasing, contracting, construction support, operations personnel, and two engineers - $18-25 M spent each year in the program - Third party engineering, construction contractors, fabrication contractor, and inspection used as needed throughout the process - Dozens of additional projects: measurement, miles of pipe replacement, directional drills, anomaly remediation, hydrotests - Took the initiative to complete an MBA by commuting to Vanderbilt from Birmingham, AL while maintaining full work load (started September 2005, graduated May 2007)

With no internal support staff, built 6 miles of 24" and 8 miles of 12" and meter stations for power plants
