I have been providing assistance and support to William Yang as an intern since June 2017. My main assistance includes post production of images to prepare for printing and exhibition, handling of original artworks to be sent to exhibitions and competitions, editing and post production of video footage for exhibition and photographing behind the scenes images of William writing on his printed images. William is working towards a major retrospective exhibition and I am very excited to be assisting him in this event.

As a program facilitator in Group Lending Services (GLS) at the Commonwealth bank I am responsible for facilitating and delivering our 'Go for Gold' productivity program to teams and leaders. We are delivering packets of change to enable a simple, effective and direct path to achieving Gold while embedding the core values and tools of the program into teams. My role is to facilitate, assist and support teams and leaders, and role model the Gold program effectively. I assist in the creating of digital and printable material for teams to use and refer to while going through the program. Utilising the Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. I am also responsible for updating and maintaining the team Sharepoint Website. After achieving Silver for productivity GLS is now striving for a culture of excellence focusing on delivering an experience our customers love. Gallery Manager of contact sheet - a gallery specialising in photographic art exhibitions and supporting living artists - local and international. contact sheet draws from a pool of world-class curators to present photographic exhibitions by emerging and established artists. contact sheet is a hub for photographers. We are committed to supporting emerging and established photographers. We provide photographers with opportunities to develop their artistic or commercial practices and engage with new audiences. We provide opportunities for education, skills building, mentorship and collaboration. We host exhibitions at gallery spaces and showcase new photographic projects on-line.

Support the Photographer in providing photography services for creative and strategic initiatives of the marketing and communications teams. Assist on photographic shoots, post-production tasks, photoshoot management & equipment maintenance. Assisting videographers on location as required.

Representing the business in our Group Operations Transformation Agile program that is intending to deliver an automation solution utilising multiple technologies that will increase our ability to provide customers with a greater customer experience. My role is to assist the business analysts and developers by answering questions about the business they need to meet their sprint goals, complete user access testing and business value testing on release, work closely with the team deciding best ways of working and automating; analysing our current processes to remove waste ensuring only utilising automation for necessary tasks while considering risk and impact to upstream and downstream stakeholders.

I have completed my associates degree in Visual Communication. I will be continuing on to achieve my Bachelor of Visual Communication which is still ongoing.
