Shift Team Leader responsible for Shift Maintenance with the focus on preventative and reactive maintenance on Sacmi Imola Compression Molding machines, Tampo Print printing machines, Online and Offline laser production machines as well as Piovan and Movacolor Dosing Technology, But with the added responsibility of following production plans, production and shift reports, Ensuring Scrap rate is low and machine availability is high. Ensuring the shift team is always aware of the production plan and prepared for any product changes synchronized with changes upstream to minimize scrap and ensure maximum efficiency. Availability of the team and stand in for anyone that may not be available to avoid lower productivity of the team.

Millwright appointed as a Electrician and North Works Hot Strip Mill, main focus on electrical preventative and reactive maintenance. Assisting mechanical fitters where needed or in the absence of a fitter. Experience with low, medium and high voltages up to 33Kv. Responsible for shut down and start up of the plants switch gear on shutdowns. Fast reaction times to breakdowns and calls.

Millwright apprenticeship training including : Electrical systems, DC circuits, AC circuits, Electrical Schematics, Electronics, lighting, PLC, Electrical fault finding. Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, Electromechanical systems, Fault finding on Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, Fitting, Workshop Practice, Bearings, Couplings, Alignment, Welding, Flame cutting, Plate work.
