Achieved a 6-month “A” average through hitting target KPI’s and quotas, promoting candidates from within and allocation of management throughout my field of operation.

Through focused leadership traits and charisma, I have encouraged, trained, and efficiently supervised over 100 associates in a restaurant setting; Including creation of work schedules, PnL management, executing structural training programs, performance evaluations, and possessing an overall encouraging attitude committed to achieving goals.

Learning what the restaurant business meant for me through mentorship and promotion taught me the ins and outs of leadership even at the most micro level. Through those experiences, I have the courage to recognize and develop future talent in the workspace

Trained and developed over 15 youth basketball players sponsored by St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Went on to appear in multiple AAU tournaments in South Bay Area.
