Daniel Ding, MBA

Daniel is a real estate and capital markets leader with over 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, having advised on and executed SGD 3bn+ of acquisition and cross-border transactions. His career on the buy side gives him a deep appreciation of the strategic, financial, and risk considerations faced by asset owners and institutional investors. He has played a key role in platform building and market expansion, including the IPO of SGX-listed Soilbuild Business Space REIT, the establishment of Soilbuild’s investment footprint in Myanmar, and the group’s strategic entry into the UK PBSA sector. Currently, Daniel is Partner & Managing Director, Real Estate at ICH Group, where he leads real estate initiatives across Asia, bridging capital and property through complex structuring, cross-border investments, capital raising, and portfolio optimisation across real estate and alternative assets. He is also Founder & CEO of InfraWorks Industries, focused on scaling civil infrastructure solutions across Southeast Asia in partnership with global suppliers.
