- Leads ZAP1 from the injection department, quality improvement plan, and weekly follow-up (ppm meeting) based on TLR / non-quality cost analysis. - Coordinates 3 supervisors distributed in 3 shifts. - Cooperates with Production Manager on customer claims solving (line return/warranty). - Daily inventory review (line & end of the line) with the target of reducing cost. - In case a detected problem in safety, quality, cost, or delivery cannot be solved by the APT, assigns and checks containment and corrective actions with APU support functions. - Leads 5 min & monthly meetings. - Develops flexibility and multi-skills of operators. - Performs annual appraisal interviews and salary reviews

- Leadership: Provide clear direction to the crew when outlining a project - Help train new employees and assist them as they learn new tasks - Quality control: double-check workmanship by using a punch list to avoid go-backs. - Evaluate the quickest and easiest way to do a job without sacrificing quality - Complete and sign off the job completion form with the customer - Assign employees to appropriate job sites

Machines - Tools with Numerical Command - Take responsibility for the production process's good course, respecting the machine pieces' delivery deadlines imposed by the beneficiary, workers' coordination, and technical assistance. - Assess job priorities and assign employees to appropriate job sites

- Responsible for the execution of graphics of different machine parts, supervising the processing, and providing technical assistance. - Responsible for getting jobs completed on time.

- Take responsibility for coordinating the production process and respecting the delivery deadlines of the production issues imposed by the beneficiary. - Make sure the crew follows company policies.
