Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative mnt. is carried out, plan in missed mnt. activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively Develop clear accountability for mnt. material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and eq. from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility and ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting them in management meetings Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements Manage, coach and develop a high performing mnt. team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them Review, implement and update company records e.g. training matrices, performance reviews, risk assessments Prepare the annual mnt. budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures

Provides support for CBS Coach & helps to implement Continuous Improvement projects (SPRINT projects) Supports the Quality Department for capacity (capabilities) measurements using the time measurement technique through the standard REFA program Supports prototyping and provides feasibility feedback for processes and products Provides production support for all related processes Verifies and evaluates objectively by calculation the samples and measurement points of the final product Performs regular statistical evaluations regarding product issues & concerns related to process or equipment Performs periodic reassessments even after the development / work phases and updates the work instructions as needed

Coordinate and lead maintenance team composed by process tech./GL, rework tech./GL, service tech./engineers/GL and calibration tech./engineers Continuous develop organization structure, creating new roles to assure proper support and coverage of NPI, maintenance and process improvement activities Continuous develop of technicians capability by creating a training matrix to find gaps and missing skills that needs to be addressed and also to grow group lead team from leadership point of view Lead human resources activities: shift profile, holidays planning and professional evaluation of each individual Coordinate workshop activities (CNC capability, create new working areas, HLA flex line, workstations, trolleys, production accessories utilizing creeform materials and support for layout change and new equipment installation) Coordinate daily plan assuring a good communications between shifts to achieve the desire performance Coordinate, lead and follow-up all activities assigned to direct reports Create maintenance plan, close all activities CMMS, and establish maintenance performance indicator Continuous develop of TPM approach by implementing visual data management for maintenance activities (Teecard electronic system) Continuous develop and optimize all maintenance instructions taking in consideration maintenance time and cost comparing preventive maintenance (PM) instructions with other Plexus sites and creating an master PM's applicable for all Plexus sites Plan and monitor maintenance budget assuring a minimum stock of spare parts to all critical equipment's and also working with current suppliers to create an consignment stock in nearby locations Monitor and improve current processes covering all production areas SMT - PCBA - HLA - REW Monitor and maintain all department KPI ( Training Matrix ; Equipment Health : PM performance, Process Downtime, Technical Downtime; Continuous Improvement Projects: Quick Win, A3 Kaizen and Green Belt; Maintenance Budget

Continuous develop of technicians capabilities and equipment performance Lead human resources activities : shift profile, holidays planning, professional evaluation of each individual from maintenance team Coordinate daily plan assuring a good communications between shifts to achieve the desired performance Coordinate all activities assign to technician ( maintenance, calibration, installation of new equipment's, validation - execution, continuous improvement projects, different projects) Continuous develop and optimize all maintenance instruction taking in consideration maintenance time and cost and reduce waste Create maintenance plan, close all activities in CMMS and establish maintenance performance indicator Monitor and bring continuous improvement to all existing processes

Effectively communicate daily schedules, goals and equipment/product/quality issues/concerns between shifts to ensure customer expectations are met Assign work orders to process technicians (PM activities, various projects, extra tasks) based on department needs and plan Conduct human resource activities with direct report which may include shift profile, approving time off, conducting performance appraisals and also coaching and disciplinary actions maintaining company policies and procedures Support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement activities while providing input for improvement projects (Quick Win, A3 Kaizen, Green Belt) Coordinate all training activities for direct reports and maintaining training level below target Maintaining department KPI in target (Equipment health uptime, training and maintenance efficiency)

Coordinate the manufacturing technician activities given by manufacturing engineers & direct manager Lead the troubleshooting and fault-finding activities of defective products and identify root cause & solution in order de prevent scrap or waste Lead all preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance plan Follow-up the performance of manufacturing equipment`s and identify recurring issues Train all manufacturing technicians based on training matrix requirements Lead all workshop activities for designing, creating and building working areas, racks, trolleys, etc (creform pipes) Coordinate the installation of new equipment's on HLA area

Perform preventive maintenance on HLA related equipment's Perform troubleshooting & service on HLA related equipment's Perform technical changeovers on HLA related equipment`s Closely observe operators in order to make sure that all equipment`s are being used properly and offer first technical support & training if necessary Have a very good understanding of all products and processes within the manufacturing area Verify existing processes, identify continuous improvement projects and implement sustainable projects in the production line Work close with manufacturing engineers in order to develop the standard process Assist set-up of new assemblies, verify process parameters and follow- up manual staffing processes & operation Design, create and build working areas, racks, trolleys, etc (creform pipes) Install new equipment's on HLA area
