I also drive improvements in workflows and reporting to strengthen efficiency and consistency across all feature areas.

In this role, I led multilingual LQA teams through complex localization and testing cycles, managing day-to-day operations and coordinating resources across multiple languages and regions. I worked closely with international stakeholders to align workflows, resolve blockers, and keep testing pipelines running smoothly. I improved team communication, optimized testing throughput, and ensured consistent linguistic and functional quality across several game titles.

As a Senior Tester, I supported multiple projects by mentoring other testers, maintaining up-to-date test plans, and ensuring high-quality execution throughout the testing cycle. I collaborated with localization, QA, and production teams to deliver accurate daily progress reports and maintain consistent communication around issues, priorities, and timelines.

I worked on numerous projects performing linguistic and functional testing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural consistency across all localized content. My responsibilities included identifying issues, documenting them clearly with detailed reproduction steps, and providing contextual feedback to improve both translation and player experience. I ensured terminology consistency, narrative alignment, and high-quality localization across UI, dialogue, and gameplay.
