* Receive, classify, reconcile, consolidate, and summarize documents and information. * Compile regular and special reports, following generally established formats and procedures. * Utilize computer hardware and software and other standard office equipment for recording, storing, retrieving, and presenting information. * Maintain general office and departmental files, following up on misplaced, misdirected, or misfiled materials. * Process documents in accordance with established procedures and monitor to ensure completion. * Look up files and retrieve content as requested. * May transfer files to storage and set up new files. * Interact regularly with staff, suppliers, and others outside of the immediate work area to give or exchange information. * Greet visitors and assist in meeting their needs. * Answer and screen telephone calls. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Build metal buildings using a variety of equipment (JLG, Scissor Lift, Forklifts) and training (Fall protection).
