* Outline * As Deputy SENCo I was responsible for the tracking and monitoring of pupils with SEND, managing the department budget, costing the provision for each pupil and coordinating the education provision for the Coombe School Programme with Fulham Football Club. * Key responsibilities * Liaising with parents of pupils with SEND. * Tracking and monitoring the progress of pupils with SEND. * Liaising with other providers, outside agencies, educational psychologists and external agencies. * Managing the department budget and tracking the cost of provision. * Liaise with Fulham FC staff regarding pupil progress and coordinating of school programme around footballing commitments. * Key achievements/projects * 13 pupils achieved an A * in their GCSE mathematics grade which represented the highest number of top grades ever achieved by the school in mathematics * A large number of pupils offered scholarship contracts and graduated to playing first team football. Ryan Sessegnon and Patrick Roberts have both signed professional contracts and are playing top flight first team football.

* Taught mathematics to student aged 11-16 * Design visual and interactive Mathematics lessons * Advised and supported staff on planning, assessment and resources * Organised, lunchtime and after school clubs and sponsored events

In 2011 I set up Ultimate All-Rounder with a Partner. We run cricket camps in South-West London in the school holidays for 9-14 year olds. I am head coach of the camps themselves, and in charge of running the camps on the ground, and managing other coaches.
