This Position reflects a change in title, to be more inline with the broader Sunbelt team, but shares the same responsibilities/duties as the "Director of Sales" role below.

Sales: - Cultivating relationships with clients through calls, private meetings, and networking engagements - Representing the brand within the community at various events & ceremonies - Negotiating rentals, and providing end-to-end support and service to productions from prep to wrap Operations: - Leading the team by creating a clear vision and cultivating a positive culture that serves the client and the internal team - Analyzing and reporting on operations and finance

- Assisting clients with their rental needs by: quoting, sourcing, and coordinating equipment rentals at the Vancouver WFW Lighting & Grip Warehouse. - Organized and presented large amounts of data to various stakeholders in a clear and accurate manner. Including information that was constantly evolving and updating. - Acted as the central liaison between the internal teams at WFW and the external teams working on our clients productions. - Solved problems by investigating shortages, offering alternative solutions, or securing products through domestic/international shipping or sub-renting.

- Overseeing employees, shop organization/processes and inventory - Receiving and assisting customers - Pulling and shipping orders
